How the Rewards Work
For every friend, family member, or colleague you refer who completes a qualifying project (new solar system, new battery system, or full re‑roof), you can earn $500 in total rewards:
$20 Verified Referral — paid after your referral completes their appointment.
$480 Sold Referral — paid after their project is installed and construction is complete.
In order to be eligible, the referral’s contact info must be submitted in the Sunline App by the advocate prior to the referral receiving an estimate.

Download the Sunline App & Create an Account
Find the Sunline Energy App in the App Store or on Google Play. Open the app and tap “Create an Account.” If you have a Sunline sales rep, you can select them—or simply choose none. Enter your contact info, agree to the terms, and you’re ready to start referring.

Add Your First Referral
Tap “Add a Referral” and enter your contact’s information (name, phone, email, and any helpful notes). Submit—and you’re done. Once they book and complete an appointment, your Verified Referral bonus will be added to your digital wallet.
3.
Track Progress & Get Paid
Use the app to see where each referral is in the process. When a referral becomes a sold project and construction is complete, your Sold Referral bonus is added to your digital wallet. From there, simply transfer funds to your bank account.

What projects are eligible for referral bonuses?

What are retroactive referrals?
Retroactive referrals are submissions that arrive after someone has already received an estimate from Sunline. These are not eligible for rewards. To qualify, you must become an advocate and submit your referral in the app before your contact receives a quote.
How do I get paid?
Within 7–10 business days after your referral completes their appointment, you’ll receive the $20 Verified Referral bonus in your digital wallet. If they sign an installation agreement and the project is installed and commissioned, you’ll receive the $480 Sold Referral bonus in your digital wallet, typically within 7–10 business days of completion.
How do I move money from my digital wallet to my bank?
In the app, open your Digital Wallet, link your bank account using your routing and account numbers, and transfer funds securely.
Can I refer more than one person?
Yes—there’s no cap on how many people you can refer. Each qualifying project earns you another set of rewards.
Do I have to be a Sunline customer to participate?
You don’t have to be a current customer to refer someone, but you do need to create a Sunline app or WebApp account to submit referrals and receive payments.
