SDCP Battery Rebate Program

What is San Diego Community Power (SDCP)?

SDCP purchases electricity that is generated from renewable sources. SDG&E delivers that energy through their existing power lines. Customers receive one bill from SDG&E with SDCP’s electric generation charge replacing SDG&E’s generation charge. If you are currently an SDCP customer you will see the following on your electric bill:

How much is the rebate?  Up to $10,000 per customer. (rebate not based on income)

You must be an SDCP customer to be eligible for this rebate. If you’re currently an SDG&E customer and would like to switch to SDCP you can do so by clicking HERE.   It’s important to mention that switching from SDG&E to SDCP does not guarantee you’ll receive a rebate reservation.  However we recommend switching over to SDCP now because you’re not only supporting renewable energy, but you will be in a more advantageous position to obtain any future rebates.

How would I pay for this?  Either cash or we have several attractive finance options.  Also, we would not require a down payment until after you receive a rebate reservation.
